We looked at countless houses over many months, many offers made, but in my budget, I was getting outbid. We went under contract with a nightmare of a house (all found during the inspection), which they recommended the absolute best inspector! So we terminated the contract, Christy wasn’t about to let me get into a money pit, especially as a single first time home buyer.
